Plain English, kept short on purpose. By buying from or using The Consulting Stack, you agree to these terms.

What we sell and how it arrives

Digital products, delivered by download immediately after purchase. Checkout, payment, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes are handled by Polar, our merchant of record; their receipt is your proof of purchase and supports business invoicing needs.

Refunds

30 days from purchase, no questions asked, full refund. Email support with your order reference and we process it. This sits alongside, and does not reduce, any statutory rights you hold where you live.

License

Your use of the products is governed by the product license, which is part of these terms.

What our products are, and are not

Our materials are educational and professional working tools. Worked examples use fictional companies and fictional numbers, labeled as such. Nothing we sell is legal, financial, investment, or accounting advice, and decisions you or your clients make using these materials are yours.

Liability, honestly stated

If something we sold is defective, our responsibility is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the materials.

Changes

If these terms change, the version at time of your purchase governs that purchase.
