Refunds: 30 days, no questions

Every product carries a 30-day, no-questions, full-money-back guarantee. If it is not worth more than you paid, we do not want your money.

To get a refund: email support with the order reference from your receipt (or just the email address you bought with). That is the whole process. No forms, no reasons required, no retention offers.

Timing: we action refunds on receipt of your email, usually the same day. The money returns via your original payment method; card processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show, which is the card network's timing, not ours.
