How downloads and delivery work

The moment your purchase completes, Polar (our checkout provider) emails you a receipt with your download links. Files are yours immediately; there is nothing to wait for.

Lost the email? Check spam first, then search your inbox for 'Polar'. The receipt email contains a link to your purchase page, where you can re-download at any time.

Still stuck? Email support with the email address you used at checkout and we will re-send your access, usually the same day.
